Book Haul: Sunday Post

Hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer

Welcome to the week of change...So I've changed up things on my blog. It's still a work in progress because even though I test things out on a fake blog that I have, it's the not the same as doing at on the actual blog. When I get stressed out I often mess around with graphics, it's just something that calms me. I actually used to color so I guess it's similar to that. So I was doing a tutorial when I went off the tracks and all of sudden was inspired to make a new banner. Which I did. I'm not a hundred percent happy with it. So I might still tweak it but with a new banner I needed a new look. So then I made some new buttons for twitter and such. Which then made me feel like I needed a new layout. I love designing graphics but sometimes I get bored if I have to make a whole layout. It's a lot of work color matching and stuff. So I used a template from the awesome Nymphont. Let me know what you think and like I said I am still tweaking.

So it was a bad week last week and so I didn't post as much as I would have liked.

Flirt Squad Challenge: What is your Passion?

Now or Never Book Blitz & Giveaway

Trailer Reveal: Soul Taken by Katlyn Duncan

I got some really exciting books though. I mean I was pretty pee my pants excited. First I'll talk about the ebooks for review...

Hover by Melissa West
Hold Tight by Cherie Coyler
Cipher by Cindi Madsen

Then I was so excited to win an awesome grouping of things from Young Adult Books Central. It's a pretty nifty site where you can post reviews. I like to post them there (I'm behind though) and they usually have pretty cool giveaways, which I won one. I was able to pick 5 books from the prize shelf and then also got a Kindle Paperwhite Ereader. I am super excited about it because even though I have a Nook tablet sometimes I get stuff on the Kindle and I hate reading on my phone. Plus lately my kids keep stealing my Nook. So the Kindle is nice because there is nothing about it that is any interest to them :)

I really love the Arise cover. I just want to stare it all day. I also got the swag I have sticking up all over it. I love buttons!

I had equal love for the doctor who post it.

That's it for now I think. I'm waiting for a couple more things to come in the mail that I won that I'm super excited about! So I will share those when they get here.

The blog is going to hopping next week with some book blitz, Features and Reviews! So make sure to stop back.
